Wastewater chemistry validated by jar test.

Final product selection depends on wastewater analysis, process origin, pH, suspended solids, oil and grease, color load, COD/BOD fractions, mixing conditions, retention time and discharge expectations.

Analysis First

Water analysis before product recommendation.

TDS, SDS and certificates are shared upon request.

BlancoWT® is Liberta's industrial wastewater and effluent treatment product family, developed for chemical plants, textile mills, food and beverage facilities, metal processors, automotive/tire facilities, oily wastewater systems and municipal pre-treatment applications. The BlancoWT® range can support coagulation, flocculation, decoloring, emulsion breaking, foam control, pH adjustment, sludge conditioning and dewatering-related programs. The recommended route should be confirmed by jar test, bench-scale screening or application trial before field implementation.

The most important technical differentiator is not only performing a jar test. The critical point is simulating the field as accurately as possible - or converting the successful laboratory route into practical field guidance.

Wastewater source, flow variation, pH, turbidity, color, COD/BOD, TSS, oil/grease, conductivity, temperature and process origin are reviewed.

Ask visitors to send both sample and process information.

Color, turbidity, suspended solids, variable pH and dye load.

Color removal, coagulation, flocculation, pH window review.

No universal decoloring claim; jar-test validation required.

Helps identify whether coagulation, flocculation, emulsion breaking, color removal, antifoam or combined treatment is the correct route.

May support reduction of turbidity, suspended solids and coagulation-responsive fractions where the wastewater responds in jar test.

May support reduction of selected dye, pigment or process color loads when a responsive decoloring route is confirmed.

Evaluation of sample condition, process origin, pH, TSS, color, oil/grease, COD/BOD fractions and operational context.

Bench-scale comparison of candidate BlancoWT® treatment routes before final product recommendation.

Adjustment of mixing time, mixing speed, dosing time, reaction time, waiting time, settling time and dosing sequence according to site constraints.
