Lab-validated treatment, field-ready integration.
BlancoWT® Jar Test Services help identify the suitable chemical route for industrial wastewater applications and translate laboratory results into practical field parameters such as dosing sequence, mixing speed, reaction time, settling time and application method.
A jar test is only valuable when the result can survive the field.
Product selection depends on water analysis, system design and operating conditions.
Analysis First
Water analysis before product recommendation.
TDS, SDS and certificates are shared upon request.
The purpose of the jar test is first to find the working chemical route, then to optimize the conditions required for that route to work in the real plant. Liberta evaluates product response, dosage window, dosing sequence, mixing intensity, reaction time, settling behavior, floc structure, sludge formation and downstream treatment expectations before recommending a field direction. The critical point is not only whether the water becomes clear in a beaker. The critical point is whether the selected treatment route can be applied with the plant’s actual mixing system, retention time, dosing equipment, flow variation and operator practice.
Wastewater or sludge sample, process source, flow variation, pH, conductivity, oil, color, suspended solids and treatment target are reviewed.
Candidate BlancoWT® routes are tested to identify which chemistry responds to the sample.
Effective and practical dosage ranges are evaluated instead of relying on a fixed catalogue dosage.
Evaluation of inorganic, organic or customized coagulation routes for turbidity, color, oily load and suspended-solids control.
Polymer screening based on ionic character, charge density, molecular weight, floc structure and separation behavior.
Bench-scale validation of decoloring routes for textile, pigment, food and beverage or process-color wastewater.
Helps identify which BlancoWT® treatment route responds to the actual wastewater or sludge sample.
Supports realistic dosage range selection before field application.
Allows visual and technical review of floc size, floc strength, settling behavior, sludge volume and clarified water quality.
Review of sample source, process background, visual condition and requested treatment target.
Jar test, polymer screening, color removal test, emulsion breaking test or dewatering trial depending on application.
Optimization or documentation of working time, mixing speed, dosing duration, reaction time, settling time and sequence.
