Color removal validated by wastewater behavior.
BlancoWT® Color Removal & Decoloring Programs are developed for industrial wastewater systems where dyes, pigments, process color, turbidity and variable effluent composition must be evaluated through jar-test validated treatment routes.
Color removal is not selected by shade. It is validated by wastewater behavior.
Product selection depends on water analysis, system design and operating conditions.
Analysis First
Water analysis before product recommendation.
TDS, SDS and certificates are shared upon request.
BlancoWT® is Liberta’s industrial wastewater and effluent treatment product family, developed for chemical plants, textile mills, food and beverage facilities, metal processors and municipal pre-treatment systems. Color problems in wastewater can come from soluble dyes, dispersed pigments, colloidal matter, humic or natural organic color, metal-complex coloration, process additives, surfactants or mixed industrial contamination. Because these sources behave differently, the correct decoloring route cannot be selected from color appearance alone. BlancoWT® Color Removal Programs are positioned as jar-test validated treatment routes. Liberta reviews wastewater characteristics, process origin, pH, conductivity, turbidity, suspended solids, COD profile, color intensity, discharge target and downstream treatment conditions before recommending a product route.
Jar-test validation should appear as a major section, not as a small disclaimer. For color removal, the visual appearance of the wastewater is not enough; treatment response must be measured through controlled bench testing.
Production process, dye/pigment source, batch variability and contamination profile are reviewed.
pH, conductivity, turbidity, TSS, COD profile, color intensity and temperature are evaluated.
Helps reduce visible color where the color fraction is responsive to the selected chemical treatment route.
Supports lower turbidity and improved supernatant clarity when color, colloids and suspended matter are treated together.
Product selection can be aligned with wastewater source, color origin, pH, conductivity and process variability.
Evaluation of sample origin, color behavior, process variability and available analysis data.
Bench-scale screening of possible decoloring, coagulation, flocculation and pH-adjustment routes.
Recommendation of suitable BlancoWT® product route according to color response, sludge behavior and treatment target.
Strong application fit; connect with dyehouse color removal and jar-test route validation.
Use for application-specific color and turbidity management; avoid universal COD/color claims.
Use for variable process effluents where color behavior changes by production campaign.
